Fulfillment Policy

Services are scheduled and fulfilled on the agreed-upon date. We will arrive at your property within the scheduled arrival window. If there are delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.

Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed and accepted. Deposits (if applicable) are fully refundable if the service is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
